CJ is an engineer with 30 years’ experience with a proven track record in the development of new markets, strategic partnerships, and large-scale infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience in conceptualising, structuring, and managing infrastructure capital deployment and delivery programmes. As a former advisory executive, he has spearheaded various management consulting ventures in programme management, infrastructure asset management and revenue enhancement.
